Meet Christian Montalvo
Owner and Founder of Principal X Protection, LLC
Christian Montalvo brings over 15 years of experience as a security specialist in executive protection and secure transportation. He excels in delivering discreet, tailored high end security solutions for private clients both domestic and internationally. Throughout his career, Christian has protected large corporate Fortune 500 C-Suite executives, supported government agencies, celebrities, high ranking military personnel and many of the world’s most prominent public figures ensuring their safety with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Throughout his career he has completed thousands of protection assignments worldwide both independently and with multiple agent protection teams. Christian holds multiple armed certifications to carry firearms across the US in 40 States. Christian also holds additionally security licenses received through the NY State Dept of State, NJ State Police Detective Unit as well as a Personal Protection Specialist license from the Department of Criminal Justice.
His expertise extends to protective and evasive driving on either solo or up to 20 vehicle motorcade driving operations, certified through the Vehicle Dynamics Institute, with additional training in armored vehicle operation. Christian has completed the Executive Protection Agent course with LaSorsa & Associates and earned his Personal Protection Specialist certification from the Executive Protection Institute. His skill set includes conducting Protective Advances, conducting Protective Intelligence, Surveillance Detection, and threat assessment.
Christian is also trained in emergency response procedures, holding certifications in Adult and child CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and AED usage. Additional credentials from Gun For Hire include Baton Tactics, Pepper Spray, and Tactical Handcuffing. Complementing his security expertise, Christian’s background in martial arts and his academic achievement – a bachelor’s degree from a privately accredited college – further enhance his ability to provide high end comprehensive protection services.
